Gameplay Overview. Thirteen cards are dealt to each player at the start of the game; the remaining cards are then arranged face down on the tteen patti 500 bonusable to form the draw pile. The aim of the game is to arrange cards in sets and sequences and to reveal your hand before your rivals.
